This 8-week lab will be a progressive exploration of timing and rhythm through the body. We'll work with different rhythmic structures, basic counts, chord beats, syncopation, full counts, while training our bodies to move with clarity, weight, and intention. Musicality will be approached through physical expression, helping dancers understand and embody rhythm across different speeds, accents, and transitions.
