KF Training Collective
A 2-month training space both online and in-person, designed for those of you who have taken (either this year, last year or are currently completing) Lab 1 "From the Ground Up
Now this is not a traditional class or a KF Lab; in the Lab, we explored concepts, in a traditional class you are often repeating a combination.
Here, we will train our bodies, consistently, and with intention.
We will build strength, control, and range through exercises designed specifically for dance and for salsa. This space is about bridging the gap between understanding concepts and being able and ready to apply them consistently in your dancing.
Because it's not just about knowing what to do, it's about training our bodies so they can support it. This is where your muscles, coordination, and nervous system are trained to sustain what you are asking of them.
Structure
Wednesdays · 7:30–9:00 PM · 8 weeks
May 6, 13, 20 and 27th
June 3, 10, 17 and 24th
Each session will include:
Warm-up
Focused technical training (repetition, conditioning)
Application through a combo (sent in advance)
This is not a drop-in class, it’s a continuous training process. We'll be working together over time, in a collective space that carries the feeling of a team, supporting each other, growing together, and building consistency.
Investment
Monthly dues: $125
To secure your spot:

Remaining balance:
$50 due by May 1st

This collective will only run if minimum participation is met
Important Note: If you’ve taken Lab 2 or participated in Bootcamps but have not completed Lab 1, you’re still welcome, but you’ll need to go through the Lab 1 material before the collective begins.The recordings are available, so this is still possible. If that’s you, feel free to email me and I’ll guide you through it.
Disclaimer: Just like in our labs, this collective is designed to be followed week by week. The videos are not meant to be kept forever but to mimic in-person training, consistency and discipline. Videos will be taken down one week after the last video has been sent. No exceptions.
